Meet Matthew (walk leader) outside main entrance PURLEY station at 10.30. Walk max 5 miles (8 km) via Foxley Woods (short but steep pathway) Kenley Woods, Hayes Lane Cousdon Common to "The Fox" pub for lunch or sandwiches outside on bench if wanted. Return by bus 466 to Purley or Croydon.
Peter B. introduces us to a number of his favourite songs of the last fifty years, some performed by their writers, others interpreted by different artists. Hopefully (tech.working) these will mainly be on Youtube videos. At Ross's place in Purley. Snacks provided. £2 charge. We regret that this event has had to be cancelled owing to ill health.

Easy walk along the Thames thru Twickers and the notorious Ham Fields ! Cross the river at Teddington lock and catch the 481 bus to close to the house in Fulwell . Meet outside RICHMOND station ticket hall when train arrives at 11:40am.
